Chen Jian: in fact, it's not easy for overseas Chinese town to go to this mode. Just said that its emergence and development have a lot of accidental things in it, it may not be very smooth. You do this in an enterprise, especially in a state-owned system.

Since 1989, we have been making theme parks and splendid China, which is tourism plus culture. Culture has always been a core of the whole business of Oct. whether it's real estate tourism hotels or our other businesses, they all have cultural connotations in them. This may also be a different place for OCT and other enterprises. When we combed the cultural industry of OCT one year, we combed seven parts of the cultural industry of Oct.
